Q. IS IT BETTER TO REPLACE OR REPAIR AN OLD APPLIANCE?

A. An old appliance in a house will lead to two choices. You can schedule appliance repair in an attempt to save money and continue using the old refrigerator, oven, dishwasher or dryer or washer or replace the old appliance with a brand new model.

Household appliances have an expected lifetime. If your current home appliance is in the early or middle stages of that lifetime, we suggest scheduling our appliance repair company. A. We do. We offer a 1-year warranty on manufacturer parts and our labor. We only use manufacturer replacement parts for LG, Frigidaire, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Sub-Zero, Amana, Wolf, Whirlpool and all other popular appliance brands to preserve the manufacturer’s warranty. Q. ARE YOU ABLE TO YOU REPAIR THE BROKEN APPLIANCE ON THE INITIAL TRIP?

A. Most of the time. We stock all of our service vans with over 90% of the common manufacturer replacement parts and all of the necessary tools to perform our repair service. In the event we do need to come back at a later time to wrap up a repair, there will not be an add-on service fee. We estimate we are able to complete over 95% of appliance repair appointments on the initial visit.

Q. IS THERE A SERVICE WINDOW FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

A. Yes. We provide a 1-2 hour timeframe for the repairman to arrive at your house or apartment. We know how important your time is and do our best to arrive during the early part of the service window. That said, if a previous repair or appointment takes much longer than we expected, this allows the repairman a little time to arrive on schedule in the service window. Our repairmen always call 15-20 minutes before their arrival for notice.
